My project involved cleaning solar panels, windows inside and outside, French doors, glass slider doors, side garage door entrance that is mostly glass, screens, window sills, and two skylights on a one story house. The texting and initial quote happened very fast and listed far fewer tasks that I had requested over the phone. Adrian adjusted the figure on the spot to include the services listed above. The figure quoted over the phone was about $35 lower than Adrian’s figure. Adrian lowered his figure to an even $600, which was then only $25 higher than the phone quote. Note to self would be slow down the process. Be certain electronic invoice matches the work and price discussed BEFORE an appointment is made. I share in the responsibility of the mismatched items and still recommend their services."

From the big smile on his face and his pleasant manner, even though I wasn’t really considering having my windows cleaned, I couldn’t say “no “. He gave me a quote on the spot, texted me an invoice, gave me an estimated time to do the windows the next day. "Chris came by our house on a Friday saying they worked at a nearby house on window cleaning. I am usually skeptical and don’t entertain people who ring bells unsolicited. But Chris was very personable and gave a reasonable quote for all our exterior windows, screens window sills and skylights. On Saturday Chris, Isaac and Joey showed up on time. They worked really hard for 3 hours and cleaned everything very thoroughly even couple of windows from inside even though that was not planned. They gave a thorough walkthrough after everything was done and explained what they did for each window. I would be happy to recommend them and would certainly hire them for the job next time."
