The texting and initial quote happened very fast and listed far fewer tasks that I had requested over the phone. Adrian adjusted the figure on the spot to include the services listed above. The figure quoted over the phone was about $35 lower than Adrian’s figure. Adrian lowered his figure to an even $600, which was then only $25 higher than the phone quote. Note to self would be slow down the process. Be certain electronic invoice matches the work and price discussed BEFORE an appointment is made. They worked really hard for 3 hours and cleaned everything very thoroughly even couple of windows from inside even though that was not planned.
