“I am a repeat customer of South Bay Pure View, this time I used their new holiday light service and they did not disappoint. Joey and Titus arrived on time, introducing themselves and outlining what they would be doing and letting me know how long the job would take. Throughout the process Joey was very intentional on the quality of his job and Titus was too. They made it such an easy process and I will be using them again this season for my gutters. Thank you SBPV”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I am so happy I found South Bay Pure View! This was my first time using them, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from the very first phone call to the finished result. Isaac was fantastic to speak with when scheduling my appointment. He took the time to explain the process, pricing, and service options in a way that was informative, helpful, and never pushy. I don’t have my windows cleaned regularly, and over the years I’ve used various companies here and there, but I honestly couldn’t even remember who I had used before. I can confidently say that South Bay Pure View is a company I will remember and continue to use! My technician, Cruz, was equally impressive. He arrived early and thoughtfully texted me first to make sure it was okay, which I really appreciated. He got right to work and did an absolutely amazing job. My windows, sliding glass doors, and skylight look incredible, even better than I expected! The difference is fantastic, and I’m so happy with the results. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such a great experience at every step, from friendly and knowledgeable scheduling to courteous, professional service and outstanding results. I’m genuinely excited to have found South Bay Pure View and look forward to working with them again to keep our windows, sliding glass doors, and skylight looking this beautiful. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in its work and truly cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend them! “This company is hands down the best I’ve ever hired for this job. Normally I don’t trust anyone that comes knocking at my door out of the blue, but the young man who stopped by and gave us an estimate was extremely polite, friendly and businesslike. Then they kept in contact with us via text up until the day of the job. Cruz came to do the work. He said in his text he was “on the way to do an excellent job” and I thought, that’s a big promise to live up to! But I have to say, Cruz truly lived up to his promise. I don’t think my windows were this clean the day they were installed! Anyway, needless to say, hire them! You will not be disappointed.”

“I am glad to have found South Bay Pure View. Really clean windows done the way I wanted. Thanks, Isaac and Chris!”

“Adrian was super chill and respectful. He took his time and did an excellent job. I will definitely sign up for an annual plan. My project involved cleaning solar panels, windows inside and outside, French doors, glass slider doors, side garage door entrance that is mostly glass, screens, window sills, and two skylights on a one story house. The texting and initial quote happened very fast and listed far fewer tasks that I had requested over the phone. Adrian adjusted the figure on the spot to include the services listed above. The figure quoted over the phone was about $35 lower than Adrian’s figure. Adrian lowered his figure to an even $600, which was then only $25 higher than the phone quote. Note to self would be slow down the process. Be certain electronic invoice matches the work and price discussed BEFORE an appointment is made. I share in the responsibility of the mismatched items and still recommend their services.”

He was also very quick to show us all the methods he would use and explain why they were a good fit for us. On the job day he communicated his timing (which was right on time!) and showed up ready to go. He and the team worked with an eye for detail and were all very nice and friendly as well. Most importantly he was respectful of our space and time, and was dead set on ensuring the job was done correctly and without compromise. All the guys on his team worked really well together and their dedication really showed. 10/10 would recommend. The SBPV team did our screens, interior and exterior windows, shutters, ceiling fan, and even some track lighting. We opted to also have him clean our solar panels, which is a tough job!
